Manufacturing facility looking for someone to be responsible for overall human resource function for 150 employees. Administration, coordination, safety, payroll and evaluations. 

• Administer human resources procedure and plan for all company personnel.
• Participate in developing department goals, objectives & systems
• Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures
• Prepare and maintain company handbook on policies and procedures
• Recruiting – for all exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers
• Maintain all department records and reporting.
• Oversee recruiting and training department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in HR or business
• Strong computer skills: MS Office Suite & HR & Payroll software
• Experience in manufacturing. No less than 5 years
